
We love our websites, we hate them, we brag that we are on Page One of Google, and yet we only get few leads. The truth is, as website owners, we have an intimate relationship with our sites. Unfortunately, that relationship is a little too close, and so we rarely see our sites through the eyes of our customers and visitors. Consequently, some of us improve our websites based on our website relationship. We make changes based on instinct or best practices, on the thoughts of our designers, and if we must, on the requirements of our manager and her manager, too.
Wouldnt it be great if we could leave our own thoughts about our sites behind, and instead, understood why visitors were leaving our sites without converting into leads (or sales or advertising dollars).

They have a strong emphasis on testing and web analytics. (LunaMetrics is the only Google Analytics Authorized Consultant and the only Google Website Optimizer Authorized Consultant in W. PA.) Steif, a serial entrepreneur, has spent 23 years in direct response and technology marketing. She recently finished a two-year term on the board of directors for the Web Analytics Association. Steif is a Pennsylvania Best 50 Women in Business, and is a graduate of Harvard College and the Harvard Business School.
