DR. SUSAN ATKINSON AND AMY SKOLEN Dr. Susan Atkinson, a Performance Coach and a Peoplemap trainer that works with businesses, individuals and self-employed professionals to promote personal and professional effectiveness and greater resilience in our changing world and workplace. Dr. Atkinson obtained her Ph.D in Counselor Education from the University of Pittsburgh. She is a licensed psychologist with over 25 years experience. Amy Skolen, works with the senior executives and business in assisting them to achieve the ultimate vision of how the company can best serve its target market by defining the values and related behaviors that ensures each individuals as well as the companys overall success. Ms. Skolen obtained her BS in Public Relations from Syracuse University and her MBA from the University of Akron. Ms. Skolen is also the developer of the The Equine Business Experience, a very successful and unique outdoor business simulation that utilizes horses in creating an accelerated learning environment for all levels and types of executive management, teams, and work groups. DIANE M. HARRIS
Diane Harris is first and foremost skilled and experienced at uncovering and reporting consumer insights that can help businesses maximize their opportunities. Dianes interviewing style is warm and involves making the consumer feel comfortable and valued. Active listening is utilized, as are creative techniques when straight talk doesnt reveal all that lies beneath the surface. Diane began her career with Procter & Gamble in their Market Research Department (now known as CMK) as an employee for nearly 11 years, where she managed Qualitative Research for the entire company. She has conducted over 4000 focus groups, in-depth and teleconference interviews with all types of consumers ranging from three-year-olds to Cardiovascular Surgeons. A sampling of the types of research studies she has conducted includes strategic positioning, advertising, television programming, product development, packaging and concept optimization. Qualitative Research techniques of all types are utilized to get results that deliver the information you need to move your business forward: focus groups, in-depth one-on-ones, telephone focus groups, creative idea generation sessions, on-line focus groups, mini ethnographies and more. Diane is a current Board Member and Vice President of Qualitative Research Consultants Association (QRCA), a professional organization representing over 800 qualitative research consultants worldwide, and an active member of the Professionalism and Communications Committees. She also is a member of the American Marketing Association.
