Dee has worked for PPG Industries for 12 years—9 with PPG Architectural Finishes. In addition to managing the launch of the new color program for Pittsburgh Paints (2004-2005), Dee worked on the launch of the new paint color program for the Lowe’s team and Olympic Paints and Stains (2001-2003). She has a BA in Marketing from the University of Pittsburgh and an MS in Environmental Studies from Duquesne University.
