“Positioning the Pittsburgh Region”

You’ve heard the buzz around town and read about it in the papers. Find out first hand from Bill Flanagan how the Image Gap Project is going to show the world what Pittsburgh has to offer—and how you will benefit!

The Pittsburgh region has spent a decade making itself more competitive by improving the regional “product.” Yet the rest of the world may be largely unaware of what has happened. There is a gap between perception and reality about our region, one the PRA hopes to address through the Image Gap Project—a consortium of organizations that are teaming up to develop a positive shared message about Pittsburgh.

Bill Flanagan is chief communications officer for a joint venture of four major economic development organizations: the Allegheny Conference on Community Development, the Pennsylvania Economy League/Western Division, the Pittsburgh Regional Alliance and the Greater Pittsburgh Chamber of Commerce. He also hosts “The Sunday Business Page” on KDKA-TV, a program the Conference produces in partnership with the television station.

Join us to find out how you, as a marketing professional, can add value to the Image Gap Project and how your organization will benefit from it.

Please join us! RSVP by September 13 to Lynne Geiger by phone at 412-394-6678, or by email lynne_geiger@marsteller.com.
